Back by popular demand!

The class is not  designed to ‘kick your ass’ or make you sweat your face off,  it is designed to realign the body, to lengthen some tight muscles and to stabilize some weak ones: the small postural muscles that often get overlooked, even in traditioinal exercise, but play a big part in movement.

You will walk away with a set of simple postures that can make a huge difference when done before or after a along day of work.

We also will examine the breath and how it affects your psyche.  Imagine how you would breathe if you were hiding in a closet from the boogey-man; imagine how you would breathe watching the sunset on the beach holding a pina-colada.  –Your mindset has a huge effect on the way you breathe.  The inverse is also true: the way you breathe has a huge effect on your mindset.  Learn simple breathing techniques that calm, and focus the mind.

Bring your brain, bring questions and learn some cool stuff.  Wear comfortable clothing.  I usually go with shorts and a t-shirt.  We have all the mats and gear you will need.  Just show up! (email me first though)

This class held at Taj Yoga:  9250 14th Ave NW  Seattle, WA 98117

Based on feedback from the first one, this time you take away some handouts of things to do on your own between classes.

I’d love to see you there!
